At NU: No One Unincluded, we believe every young person deserves the same opportunity to succeed, regardless of where they grow up.
Together with leading companies across Sweden, we help young people build confidence, expand their networks and discover educational and career opportunities that might otherwise seem out of reach.
What We Do
Our work is built around one simple idea: Meaningful meetings between young people and professionals can change lives.
Every week, students meet employees from companies in sectors such as law, finance, technology, engineering and consulting. Together they work on school assignments while also building relationships, confidence and future aspirations.
Unlike traditional homework support, our programmes take place inside company offices. Young people experience professional workplaces first-hand, meet inspiring role models and develop valuable networks.

Only a meeting room and a few employee volunteers are needed two evenings each semester to make a lasting difference.
Our Vision
NU was founded in 2017 with the clear ambition to ensure that every young person has the opportunity to enter adulthood with confidence, education, professional networks and hope for the future.
Together with the business community, we help young people take their first steps towards higher education and working life.

More than 90% of our graduating students begin university studies within two years of finishing upper secondary school, while all participants achieve eligibility for upper secondary education.
